Solar Power Purchase Agreement

Tiercel Europe are working with a funder to provide our commercial and industrial clients access to solar roof top and ground mount arrays without the need to fund the capital cost of the system. Called a PPA or Power Purchase Agreement, we install the panels at your site and your business just pays for the electricity as its generated and used by you. There are two contracts, the headline PPA agreement where you agree to purchase all of the power generated (usually much cheaper than the grid rates) and a lease for the space above the building roof.

The system will be sized to generate as much of your daytime electricity consumption as possible, only limited by the roof space available.

Battery Storage

An energy-storage system, also called a solar battery, lets you capture electricity so you can use it at another time. For example, you can store the electricity your solar panels generate during the day and use it at night.

Battery storage systems can also be configured to work as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) providing a welcome insurance policy for businesses. In the event of a power outage or brownout battery storage systems can step in. While there is a limit to the power a battery storage system can contain, it can deliver the power needed to safely back-up and shut down critical systems.
